Privacy policy
This policy explains how Marina Moving Co. ("we"), operator of moversdubaimarina.ae, handles personal data, written with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) in mind.
What we collect
- Callback form: your name, mobile number, building or community, the service you need and your description of the move.
- WhatsApp: when you tap "Chat on WhatsApp", your WhatsApp name, number and messages are received by the person handling requests. The first message is pre-filled with a short site reference.
- Technical data: privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics without advertising cookies.
Why we use it
Only to pass your request to one moving crew that covers your route, so they can contact you about this move, and to follow up if something goes wrong with the referral.
Who we share it with
One independent moving crew per request. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@moversdubaimarina.ae.
